What we collect
We only collect what we need to run the shop and support you:
- Order details you provide at checkout — name, delivery address, email, phone, and order contents. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.
- Your email address if you sign up to our list or enter it for a discount code.
- Basic technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed — collected through cookies and analytics so we can keep the site fast and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, send order updates, and — only with your consent — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. We also use aggregated, anonymised data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that make the shop work: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, our email marketing provider, and the couriers who deliver your order. Each processes your data under their own agreements and only as needed to provide their service. We never sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the basket and checkout, and — where you have consented — analytics and marketing cookies to measure performance and improve our advertising. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations (typically six years for tax purposes), and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
