We back every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@rawshilajit.co.uk and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
Your statutory cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To do so, let us know within that period and return the item. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, consumable food supplements that have been opened or had their seal broken may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
How to start a return
Email admin@rawshilajit.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Refund timing
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days. We’ll email you to confirm.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we’ll sort a replacement or full refund — including any return postage — straight away. This does not affect your statutory rights.
