Where we ship
We dispatch all orders from the United Kingdom with tracked delivery. We currently ship across the UK; if you are ordering from outside the UK, contact us at admin@rawshilajit.co.uk before ordering to confirm availability.
Free shipping
UK shipping is free on all orders over £80. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat tracked-shipping rate shown at checkout.
Dispatch & delivery times
Orders placed before our daily cut-off on a working day are typically dispatched the same or next working day. Once dispatched, UK tracked delivery usually arrives within 2–4 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays or busy periods.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, get in touch and we’ll chase it with the courier.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, email admin@rawshilajit.co.uk and we’ll investigate and put it right.
