About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from RAW Shilajit, operated by 715 Trading Ltd (company number 12746708, England & Wales). By placing an order you agree to them. If you have a question, email admin@rawshilajit.co.uk.

Ordering & pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch. An order is only accepted once we send confirmation that it has been dispatched.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
